Our 'Beef' Wellington makes a beautiful centrepiece, crammed full of savoury lentils, mushrooms and walnuts, and wrapped in a flaky pastry. Best served hot with a yummy gravy and loads of roast veges!
Serves approx 4 - 6 people.

All of our products are vegan and are prepared in our vegan kitchen, however some of the ingredients we use may contain traces of dairy/milk or eggs.
We do offer 'no gluten added' (NAG) options but please note: these options will be prepared in the same kitchen as our gluten-containing products, so may not be suitable for those with coeliac disease or gluten intolerance.
